I recorded this and Lower in the same file. Another interesting thing about these songs is I didn't have rough versions of them. I just recorded finalized rhythm parts while laying out the drum part. It was a pretty painless recording process until the solos, which definitely went through some changes. The lead part at the beginning of Lower was supposed to be a solo in Upper, while the third solo in Upper was supposed to be somewhere else in Upper in A TOTALLY DIFFERENT TIME SIGNATURE. It works way better where it is, more naturally fitting in with the rhythm.
